Dudley Tool are a BSI registered firm with a reputation for producing high quality Metal pressings within the quality system BS EN ISO 9001:2000

Quality is monitored at every stage of production using both physical and statistical inspection techniques to known acceptable quality levels within the scope of BS6001. Our customers are always assured of the highest quality production at all times.

Our modern, high volume repetition presswork lines which utilise computerised manufacturing processes and integrated quality control systems ensure fast and efficient production of all pressed parts, with full traceability within the scope of BS EN ISO 9001:2000

In addition to presswork we undertake batch and prototype work, sub assemblies and spot welding together with tapping, riveting and powder coating.
