Dudley Tool and Engineering is situated in the heart of the industrial
West Midlands in modern purpose built premises. Established over 30
years ago by Chairman Ted Millard, our mission is to provide high quality,
cost effective presswork services to leading UK and European Companies.
We currently supply a large cross section of industries including Furniture, Kitchen and Cabinet making trades, Building and Construction, Electrical and Automotive Industries.
We offer a comprehensive manufacturing service in both ferrous and non ferrous metals. In addition to offering a large range of standard products from our own Catalogue, our real strength lies in our design consultation service, taking an idea from concept, through design, to final manufacture
Our reinvestment plan ensures our productive capacity is enhanced each year. Through investment and continual improvement programmes, productivity has increased by 15% per year over the last 2 years and has reduced the cost of rejects by 57%.
We are a BSI Registered firm and proud of our reputation for quality which is first rate, our rejection rate for year 2002/03 was negligible at less than 0.18%, projections for 2003/04 indicate a reject rate of approximately 0.07%.
We are always looking to form new partnerships with prospective customers and believe that with our in-house tool design and build capacity together with our modern production facilities, we can provide an excellent high quality service to any industry, not just nationally but within the global market place.
