Our Production Service
We have invested heavily in Automatic and Semi-Automatic servo coil fed presses, ranging from 20 up to 125 tonnes, all of which are fitted with computer monitoring and control equipment, ensuring consistency of product and protection of valuable tooling.
Typically we produce from mild and structural steels, pre galvanised and stainless steel, in addition to aluminium, brass and copper.
We also operate single action 2nd operation presses, together with tapping, drilling and riveting machines. We also offer onsite Mig, Tig and Spot welding.

Flexibility means we can service order volumes from as low as 100 up to millions of components per annum.
Smaller volumes can be serviced using our laser cutting service, meaning prototypes, product development and small batch runs can be produced without the need for tooling to create blanks or complex shapes.
We always hold a stock of our most popular standard components and approximately 150 tonnes of steel in various grades and sizes.
Working in conjunction with some of our bigger customers we maintain agreed levels of stocks to enable a quick resupply.
